An occupational therapist supporting a client outdoors

Discover what OT can do for you

Our experienced therapists can visit you at home or meet with you via telehealth, including for clients outside Victoria where appropriate.

Whether you want to build independence, learn new skills or feel safer at home, we take the time to understand what matters to you and develop practical strategies towards your goals.

Our Melbourne-based team supports everyday activities such as self-care, work, study, home life and leisure. We also offer allied health assistant, disability IT support and general support worker services.

Why choose us

Experience and knowledge

Our AHPRA-registered occupational therapists have experience ranging from three to more than 15 years. We draw on shared in-house resources and will always be open if a referral falls outside our expertise.

Convenience

We offer mobile and telehealth appointments, with flexible times where possible. We also aim to reduce travel costs by coordinating nearby appointments and generally cap travel charges at 30 minutes.

Practical resources

Where appropriate, we provide practical resources to help you continue working towards your goals between appointments and after therapy.

Cost-conscious support

We work with a range of funding schemes. When suitable, an allied health assistant or support person can help deliver an OT-designed program, supporting continuity while managing costs.

Our approach to therapy

  • We build trusted relationships and take the time to understand each client.
  • We recommend services only when they are likely to benefit the client and do not believe in over-servicing.
  • We adapt our approach to each person’s circumstances, preferences and goals.
  • We collaborate with clients, families and treating teams to address needs that may not be met elsewhere.

Funding

We work with a range of funding options, including NDIS, Medicare, DVA, TAC, WorkSafe, private health, Home Care Package / Support at Home and self-funded arrangements. Visit our funding page for eligibility information, typical service times and fees.

Common questions

Do I need a referral to see an occupational therapist?

No. You can refer yourself using our online referral form. GPs, support coordinators, case managers and family members can also refer on someone’s behalf.

Do you come to my home?

Yes. We are a mobile practice, so appointments happen at home, at a day program, at work or in the community. Telehealth is available where it suits the referral, including for some clients outside Victoria.

Which suburbs do you cover?

We are based in Ringwood and travel across Melbourne, including the eastern and south-eastern suburbs, the Dandenong Ranges, the CBD, and out towards Werribee and Epping. We generally cap travel charges at 30 minutes and coordinate nearby appointments to reduce costs.

Can you take NDIA-managed NDIS participants?

Not at present. We accept self-managed and plan-managed participants while we work through re-registration with the NDIA.

Is there a minimum age?

Our occupational therapy services are for people aged 16 and over. Our allied health assistant service also supports school-aged children.

What does it cost?

Standard consultations are $180 per hour. Driving assessments are $400 plus the driving instructor’s fee. NDIS work follows the NDIS pricing arrangements. Full details are on our funding page.
